You can barley find one anymore that hasn’t been touched by the terrible hand of aftermarket people that have no idea what they’re doing. 10 years old with over 100k on the odo and its nearly 22 grand. They only get more expensive as you get newer. Some have way more miles than this example, are older and are nearly the same price.

Wow. That is crazy pricing. Not for me.

Evo 8's sell as low as 18k by me, but that’s as low as you’ll get.

Wow, that is madness. For $18K you can get a FoST with half that mileage.

Get your AWD kicks in an 09+ Ralliart. With a few mods they make the same power and are a bit easier to drive. The only bummer (or maybe not) is that they only come with the TC-SST. I enjoy the hell out of mine.

Oh, and they’re much cheaper.

Oh, and extra bonus - you can get it as a hatchbacky wagony thing.

I have found 2011's for that price with about 65-70k on the clock. The lowest I have found is a 2003 with 98k on it for $16k. Unfortunately, I am on the opposite coast from where you are looking.

Thought about that too. I’ve been trying to find Ralliart Sportbacks but they are kind of rare.

That’s what they start at here and they just go up from there. There average miles seem to hover right at the mid 90's. That’s alot of miles to me.

Sad story is you can get an AWD Mecedes C300 with less miles and it would be 2012 or newer for that money. A 2006 would be about $10k or even less. Two completely different cars yes, but still AWD and and way better badge recognition. I do love that Evo VIII and IX body style though, I almost bought one in 2003 when they first came out but bought an STI instead. The STI had more power and was more comfortable for a daily driver. But considering the Evo then was about $26-28k new, they have really held their value. They skyrocketed in price over the years however.

Weirdly enough I’ve seen a few for sale in California.

STi’s are holding their value too. Saw an STi hatch. 08 with 78 on the odo for 19.
